Chicken Parmesan

Prep Time: 15 Minutes                            Cook Time: 20 Minutes


  • 1 Egg
  • 8 oz Boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 Tbsp Heavy whipping cream
  • ½ Tsp Red pepper flakes 
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 ½ oz Pork rinds crumbled     
  • ½ Tsp Pink Himalayan Salt 
  •  ½ TspBlack Pepper
  • ½ Tsp Garlic powder
  • ½ Tsp Italian seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Mozzarella shredded
  • ½ Cup Rao’s Marinara 
  • 1 oz Parmesan Cheese    


  1. Whisk egg in a bowl with heavy cream
  2. Mix the crumbled pork rinds, parmesan, and dry seasoning in a medium-size bowl
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  4. Cut chicken down the middle don’t cut all the way through open chicken and lay flat
  5. Tenderize the chicken with meat tenderizer you don’t make the chicken to flat
  6. Coat the chicken really good in the egg mixture
  7. Mix the chicken in the breading giving both sides a good coat
  8. Melt ghee in a large skillet over medium heat add the chicken to the skillet cook till the chicken is cook all the way
  9. Once the chicken is one put in a baking dish pour marinara over chicken and top with mozzarella cheese
  10. Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted
