Cordon Bleu Casserole

Prep Time: 10 Minutes      Cook Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients

  • 4 Cup  Rotisserie chicken cut into bite size pieces

  • 1  Cup  Smoked deli ham, cut into bite size pieces

  • 7 oz. Cream cheese

  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tbsp  5% White vinegar

  • 10 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese

  • 4 Tbsp Olive oil (Optional)

  • 5  ½ oz  Lettuce shredded (Optional)

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Grease baking dish

  3. Cut the cooked chicken and smoked ham into bite size pieces  

  4. Mix the vinegar, cream cheese, mustard, & ⅔ shredded cheddar in greased baking dish. Add the cut up chicken and smoked ham pieces

  5. Salt and pepper to taste & and add the remaining shredded cheddar

  6. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown

  7. Serve with a side of shredded lettuce & olive oil (Optional)
