Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 lb Ground beef (may substitute for ground turkey)
- 1 ½ cup sweet onion, diced
- 1 cup Shredded, carrots
- ½ Tsp Ginger, minced
- 3 Garlic cloves, crushed
- ¼ Cup Chicken broth
- 5 Cups Shredded cabbage
- 2 Tbsp Coconut aminos
- 2 Tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tsp Toasted sesame oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- ½ Tbsp Green onions
Instructions
- Add 1 Tbsp olive oil to large frying pan over medium heat add in ground beef (ground turkey) cook until it is mostly done
- Move your ground beef to one side of the frying pan add in the last Tbsp of olive oil to frying pan & saute onion for 2-3 minute then add in the minced ginger, crushed garlic, & the shredded carrots. Saute for 2-3 minutes then mix veggies with the ground beef.
- Stir in chicken broth mixing it good
- Add in cabbage, coconut amino, vinegar, a pinch of salt & pepper. Stir good make sure it all mixes together good.
- Reduce heat and cover with a lid for 10 to 15 minutes or until cabbage is tender
- As plating drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with green onion
