Ingredients
- 1 Tsp Ground mustard
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 3 Tbsp Ketchup, no sugar added
- 1 ½ Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Large egg
- ½ Cup Pork rinds, ground up
- 1 Tsp pink salt
- ½ Tsp Black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Coconut oil
- ¼ Cup White onion
- 2 oz Baby Bella mushrooms
- 2 Cup Beef broth
- ¼ Xanthan Gum
Instructions
- Slice the baby mushrooms & onion put in a bowl & set aside for now
- Heat a large frying pan on medium high heat add ½ tbsp to the pan
- In a large mixing bowl mix 2 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, ground beef, pork rinds, pink salt & black pepper then shape and press into patties
- Add patties to the hot frying pan and until the patties are cooked all the way through
- Add Almond flour and baking soda. Blend till thoroughly mixed together.
- Drain most oil from the pan then add the rest of the olive oil to the pan using a spatula scrape the bottom of the pan
- Add beef broth, ketchup, & Worcestershire sauce mix together well
- Using a whisk add in the Xanthan Gum making sure there is no clumps in the gravy
- Add in the patties and cook for an additional 5 minutes flipping halfway through
