Ingredients
- 8 Minute steaks (Sizzle steaks)
- 8 tooth picks
- 3 oz Cheddar cheese, cut into slices
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Leeks
- 15 oz Mushrooms
- 5 oz Seasoned butter
- 2 Tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut mushrooms into wedges, rinse & slice the leeks both the green and white parts of the leek.
- Saute the mushrooms & leeks in the olive oil once they are tender put in a container & seal to keep warm
- Lay the steaks out & put a cheese slice on each one & roll up stick a toothpick in it to keep it closed
- Saute the steaks over medium heat 10-15 minutes or until steak is cooked to your liking lowering the heat to low for the last 3-5 minutes
- Plate the mushroom & leeks
- Pour juices from frying pan over veggies on the plate
- Remove toothpicks from the steaks and place over the veggies & serve.
